Hi, I’m Alex — a (mainly) film photographer based in the UK. I’m passionate about telling real stories through bold, cinematic visuals, all shot on 35mm and 120. I love the human element in my work and the unpredictability and honesty that brings to each frame. Whether I’m out exploring new locations or working with people in familiar places, I’m always chasing moments that feel raw and a little unexpected. When I’m not shooting, you’ll probably find me in the dark room or scanning some negatives.
I released a photo book in 2022 titled ‘Early Days’ which documented the band Eternum Joy for a huge part of their early career and ever since then i’ve been obsessed with young musicians trying to find their way to the spotlight. All of this work can be viewed on this website.
